1. Agreement to Terms

By using our mobile application, My Outfit TodAI (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Subscriptions & Payments

The App may offer subscriptions for enhanced features ("Premium"). Payments will be processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, from which you originally downloaded the application. You may manage your subscriptions and auto-renewal settings through your app store account. All payments are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective app store.

3. User-Generated Content

You are solely responsible for the images, data, and other content you upload to the App ("User Content"). You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, and permissions to your User Content.

By uploading User Content, you grant My Outfit TodAI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display this content for the purpose of operating and improving the App, including for training our AI models to provide you with better suggestions.

4. AI-Generated Content

The App uses artificial intelligence to generate outfit suggestions and other content ("AI Content"). While we strive for accuracy, AI Content is provided for inspiration and is not guaranteed to be perfect. My Outfit TodAI is not liable for any decisions made based on AI Content.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or to upload any content that is offensive, infringing, or harmful. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content (excluding User Content and AI Content based on your uploads), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of My Outfit TodAI and its licensors.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall My Outfit TodAI be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
